How do I get the digital downloads I purchased?
    Go the the 'My Account' section of the site. Your available downloads will be listed under the 'Downloads' section.

How do the tee shirt sizes run?
    The cut of each tee depends on the specific manufacturer. This can vary from tee to tee even within the same store. The best way to find out the specific measurements of a tee you are interested in, is to email customerservice@bandfarm.com and ask about the specific measurements for the tee you wish to purchase.

Can I order over the phone, rather than on the internet?
    Yes. However, keep in mind that we will be placing the order over the internet through our website in the same way that you would.

How much will it cost to ship a package to me?
    The shipping cost depends on the weight of the item(s) you purchase.  The shopping cart calculates shipping costs when you order so the easiest way to see the shipping cost is to put your order together in the shopping cart and start the check out process.  Shipping is the first step in the checkout process.

Can I request my order to be autographed or personalized?
    Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to have things personalized. If an item is being sold as autographed, that is how it has arrived at our warehouse, nothing additional may be added to it.

What is a Post Code?
    A Post Code is the same thing as a Zip Code. It must contain at least four digits. All US zip codes contain five digits.

Is my personal and credit card information safe?  Is your site secure?
    We use the latest SSL encryption to protect your information from unauthorized use. You'll know your connection is secure when you check out or log in and see the small padlock icon at the bottom of most browsers, which will appear whenever a secure connection is established.
